We recognize the importance and value of listening and responding to concerns and complaints. We are committed to achieving the highest standard and continuous improvement in every area of our work. This applies especially to delivery of services, seeking donations, implementation of projects and accountability to stakeholders generally. We are committed to updating our website regularly to ensure timeliness, transparency and accuracy around partner family need, why donations are being collected and what they will be used for and program updates.
